Congregational-wide Appreciative Inquiry has begun!

The energy was palpable in the room when we began this exciting Appreciative Inquiry process to create a vision for the next 20 years of JRUUC. If you were there you experienced it yourself.

Many stayed for the workshop and about 15 people were trained to engage in “one on one” conversations about what JRUUC has been when it has been at its best.

If you were not able to be at the workshop and training, there are three ways that you can still be an active part of this important process:

1. An additional training for people to lead conversations will be held on Saturday October 26th from 10-11 AM. Also, if that time does not work for you contact Rev. Marlene to set up a time for a special session.

2. If you would like to make sure that you are part of a “one on  one” conversation you can also contact Rev. Marlene or Elizabeth in the office. Our goal is to have a “one on one” conversation with as many Reebers as possible and if you sign up you will be at the head of the list!

3. Put Sunday January 26th on your calendar now! Following the service we will have another Town Hall Meeting (noon -3pm) where from the Provocative Statements that will be created from the “one on one” conversations you will together dream what the future of Reeb looks like and create concrete action teams to begin to bring that future to reality. You don’t want to miss this one it will be great fun.
