Founded in 1993, James Reeb Unitarian Universalist Congregation has about one hundred thirty-eight members. One of our greatest gifts is our ability to accept and welcome people for who they are. We are a welcoming congregation that reflects the many kinds of family constellations that choose to make JRUUC their spiritual home. In September of 2004 we welcomed our settled minister, Rev. Darrel L. Richey into our community. We remodeled our space in 2009, bringing in natural light and enlarging our Sanctuary, lobby and kitchen. We invite you to check us out!

What happens when homophobia gets woven into the fabric of culture or community? Where it's reflected in laws and policies? That is institutionalized homophobia and leads to the great task of pulling those damaged threads out of the fabric of our society.

This three-session class, taught by Carin Bringelson, will delve into the questions of what, why, when, how, and who as they relate to prayer. Please pick up a registration form in the lobby. $5 fee..
Work Day, Saturday, March 13, 9 am - 1 pm
Please come with your spirit and a helping hand! General maintenance, fixing light fixtures, hanging a door, and spring clean-up are on the immediate to-do list, Lunch will be provided.

Roller Derby Outing, Saturday, March 20, at Alliant Energy Center
Join us to watch the Vaudeville Vixens vs. The Unholy Rollers, followed by the Reservoir Dolls vs. Brewcity Maidens Milwaukee. Doors open at 5:00, bout begins at 6:00 pm. Join your JRUUC family after the 11:00 am service for lunch featuring rice and the various things that can be put on rice. Suggested doations: $5 adult, $2 children, (but all donations gratefully accepted.)
